Minimum requirements - Type rating : Not required (Training Provided) - Flight time notes : FCL.905 (a)(b)(e)(f) privileges Recent experience as a Flight Instructor Flight instructional experience at ab-initio level Experienced in delivering VFR and night training on the SEP aircraft - Preferred time : Experienced on glass cockpit aircraft - License Required : CPL, IR - Accepted Licenses : UK CAA - Medical : Class 2 - ICAO ELP level : 4 - Visa sponsorship : Not provided Additional requirements - A good standard of piloting and instructional skills - Flexibility to adapt learning/teaching styles and to differentiate between cadets - Strong customer care skills - A good standard of piloting skills and a passion for sharing skills and knowledge with aspiring pilots - Flexibility to adapt learning/teaching styles and to differentiate between cadets - Strong customer care skills - Knowledge of UK CAA and EASA regulations - Self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic - Good team player with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to deal comfortably with various cultures Compensation and benefits - Salary of £30,000 with additional, competitive uncapped bonus scheme, subject to realistic and achievable targets.
