Additional requirements
- Strong background in a specific ATPL(A) subject, backed by hands-on professional experience in relevant areas like flight operations, engineering, or navigation, plus completion of an ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge course or similar teaching certification.
- Prior experience in aviation instruction or ground school is a big plus—bring your enthusiasm to life through innovative, student-cantered approaches.
- Comfortable with digital tools for dynamic lessons, with top-notch written and verbal skills, a positive vibe, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for crafting reports and visuals.
- Stellar time management and organizational skills to juggle priorities effortlessly, while motivating teams and inspiring those around you.

- Familiarity with ATO programs, including distance learning, and a knack for leveraging tech in education will make you shine even brighter.
- Technology savvy, confident in using tech-based teaching tools

- Excellent report writing and IT skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Word/Office/Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
