Tasks
Discover the fascinating world behind the scenes of an international airline. In a dynamic environment, you will work closely with experienced experts, gain valuable insights into key business operations, and contribute to the smooth running of flight operations.
Your tasks:
Gain practical experience in supporting fleet management with a wide range of flight operations tasks
Assist in advising and supporting fleet pilots in close coordination with fleet management
Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal and cross-fleet procedures
Support quality monitoring activities through the analysis of flight reports and the development of recommendations
Assist with the planning and organization of special and press flights
Provide support for administrative tasks related to A320 training programs
Help create, maintain, and update reports, statistics, and presentations for operational and management purposes
Participating in cross-functional tasks and supporting the implementation of initiatives across different areas of flight operations

A320
Within fleet management, new approaches are evaluated, special flights are carried out, new flight procedures are introduced and monitored, and the quality of ground handling at the airports served is monitored.

Requirements
You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written
proof of mandatory internship
must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, cost and benefit awareness, strategic understanding
Friendly and courteous demeanor
Ability to work in a team and reliability
