Compass Cargo Airlines is a growing Bulgarian cargo operator flying a Boeing 737-800SF fleet alongside our Boeing 747-400F and 747-400ERF widebody operation, serving an expanding international network on behalf of major cargo customers. As a Boeing 737NG Captain at Compass Cargo Airlines, you will join an international and multicultural environment focused on safe, efficient, and cargo-oriented operations, where night flying, tight ground turnarounds, and dangerous goods handling are part of everyday work. Our 737-800SF network complements the long-haul flying performed by our 747-400F and 747-400ERF fleet, giving our pilots exposure to a broad and varied operation within a single company.
