MCC Manager - Various Aircraft

The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Manager is responsible for the conduct of the ATO’s approved MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses. Minimum requirements - Type rating : Not required (Training Provided) - Flight time notes : Hold a current UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification Previous airline experience - Preferred time : EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) desirable SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience desirable. - License Required : MCCI - Accepted Licenses : UK CAA - Medical : Class 1 - ICAO ELP level : 4 - Visa sponsorship : Not provided Work conditions - Schedule : Monday - Friday working pattern Available to work on weekends when required Occasional travel to second base in Bournemouth Additional requirements - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage staff, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels. - Demonstrable record of leadership in a training management role. - Extensive experience in training as an instructor for professional pilots license.
