Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Assists the company in all matters regarding the safety of flight operations Maintain a relationship of trust with instructor pilots and students to enhance the open, non-punitive safety culture at Lufthansa Aviation Training Performs as a CFI (Certificated Flight Instructor) but is the first point of contact for all safety relevant matters Alongside the Director of Safety, Security and Compliance, the Safety Pilot will receive and process confidential safety reports, assist in performing investigations, risk assessments and root cause analysis * Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors Behind the scenes Our Purpose The Lufthansa Group connects people, cultures, and economies in a sustainable way.
