You're right in the thick of things, not just on the sidelines: You'll coordinate training sessions for international airline clients, support digital learning initiatives, keep track of documents, and drive innovative projects forward. In doing so, you'll work closely with teams at various locations and actively help shape the future of learning. Tasks Gaining practical skills with a focus on training organization for international airline clients Point of contact for instructors, trainees, and airline clients Maintenance of the e-learning portal Compilation and review of training documents Support for projects aimed at further developing our internal processes Cross-location tasks, e.g., providing temporary support at another LAT training center Participation in team meetings—online or in person (at other LAT locations, if applicable)—as well as workshops and team events Behind the scenes Want to do more than just watch? Application process Submit your application You complete an online test (within 10 days) We review your application Interview (virtual or in person) Final decision Requirements At the time of the internship, you must be enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of a degree program, e.g., Air Traffic Management, Aviation Management, or Tourism Management Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year) Organizational skills and a willingness to work hard Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team Initiative and customer focus Apply existing skills in MS Office and learning management systems under professional guidance Fluency in German and good English skills Willingness to work on-site on a regular basis For more information, see our FAQs.
