Compass Cargo Airlines is a growing Bulgarian cargo operator flying a Boeing 737-800SF fleet alongside our Boeing 747-400F and 747-400ERF widebody operation, serving an expanding international network on behalf of major cargo customers. As a Boeing Boeing B747-400 Captain at Compass Cargo Airlines, you will join an international and multicultural environment focused on safe, efficient, and cargo-oriented operations, where night flying, tight ground turnarounds, and dangerous goods handling are part of everyday work. Our 737-800SF network complements the long-haul flying performed by our 747-400F and 747-400ERF fleet, giving our pilots exposure to a broad and varied operation within a single company. We are looking for motivated pilots who value professionalism, consistency, collaboration, and a calm, solution-oriented approach both in the cockpit and on the ground, and who understand that in cargo operations the quality of the flight deck sets the standard for the whole operation.
