Theoretical Knowledge Instructor

Description Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft within the next 10 years and train over 1000 new pilots annually.The successful candidate will join a team of instructors committed to delivering high quality theory training for initial pilot training courses based in the East Midlands Training Centre, the home of our ATO.Candidates with previous experience of the B737 (flying or engineering) and / or experience in designing course frame work will be highly regarded.Please note, that this a completely non-flying position based in East Midlands AirportDuties will include not be limited to:Delivery of classroom training sessions to initial pilotsPreparation of Coursework, Presentations and e-learning content.Technical and Ground School query system administrationSupervising and correcting examinationsAd-hoc duties as requiredRequirements Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, this includes Pre-Settled StatusPrevious aviation instructional experience (B737 experience would be advantageous)Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvementsCandidates who have completed ATPL theory exams will be at an advantageAbility to work in a pressurised and fast paced environmentStrong organisational and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work on own initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)Benefits Competitive salaryDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 230 destinationsDeath in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salaryCycle 2 Work SchemeUnrivalled career progressionCompetencies Communication Computer Skills Interpersonal Skills Teamwork
